- 1 24 ounce jar sliced dill pickles (I use kosher)
- 1 cup of club soda cold
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Drain pickles. Set on paper towels to drain juice. Combine salt, red pepper onion powder stir. Add club soda and 2 tablespoons pickle juice. Your batter will be lumpy. Dip pickles into batter. Fry pickles until golden brown.
