  • 8 dill pickles
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. beer
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Cut dill pickles in slices as thick as a silver dollar.

    Mix together remaining ingredients to form a batter.

    Dip the pickle slices in the batter and quickly fry in grease at 375° until they float to the top, about 4 minutes.
