- 1 c. shredded chicken
- 1 c. de-shelled shrimp, cut lengthwise
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. small cubes sweet potato
- 1 c. green beans (French-cut)
- 1 c. celery, cut small
- 3 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. garbanzo beans
- eggroll papers
Directions

1In a wok or large skillet, heat oil.

2Saute garlic until brown; add chopped onions, then add the chicken and shrimp. Stir-fry vegetables until half cooked.

3Drain in a colander and set aside until cooled.

4Separate the wrappers.

5Put 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of meat/vegetable mixture in each wrapper and wrap, folding both sides.

6Deep fry until golden brown.

7Do not cover to prevent sogginess.
