- 2 cups farfalle pasta (bow tie)
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

1Cook pasta 8-10 minutes until just barely al dente.

2Drain and rinse under cold water.

3Drain pasta on paper towels -- needs to be dry.

4In a large skillet heat oil to 375.

5Fry 1 cup pasta at a time.

6Drain fried pasta on paper towels.

7In a large bowl combine parmesan, chili powder,garlic, mustard.

8Toss with fried drained pasta.

9Serve with your favorite Spinach Artichoke dip or Pesto.
