- 2 lb. fish, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 to 8 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- Tony's seasoning
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of red pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, mix mustard, egg and hot sauce.

2Marinate fillets in this mixture for 15 minutes.

3Season flour and cornmeal with Tony's seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper.

4Roll fish in flour mixture and coat well.

5Fry at 350° until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
