Fried Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of your choice of fish fillet
  • 1 cup Andy's Fish breading (or your choice of breading)
  • 1 lemon pepper seasoning to taste
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tortilla shells
  • 2 cup cooking oil (I use canola)
  • 1 Your favorite taco toppings

Directions

    Heat cooking oil to 400

    Preheat oven to 350

    Mix egg and milk and set aside
  4. 4
    Season fish with lemon pepper to taste and coat with egg mixture
  5. 5
    Then coat with breading
  6. 6
    Fry fish until golden and flaky
  7. 7
    Once fish is done, remove from oil and drain on a paper towel
  8. 8
    Heat tortilla shells for 5 minutes
  9. 9
    *My fillets were quite large so I cut them in half*

    Place fish in tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings
