- 4 c. corn (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small minced green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Measure flour, wheat germ, baking soda and salt into large bowl; stir to blend.

2In bowl of food processor, combine the eggs, bananas, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vanilla until well blended.

3Pour over flour mixture; add walnuts.

4Stir with rubber spatula just until blended.

5Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° until sides pull away from pan and pick inserted into center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
