Fried Frog Legs

- 12 pair frog legs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. paprika
- vegetable oil
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Wash frog legs under cold water.

2Soak frog legs in mixture of milk, salt and 3 tablespoons of paprika for 5 minutes.

3Heat vegetable oil to 375°.

4Season flour with 3 tablespoons paprika and dip frog legs in seasoned mix.

5Shake off excess flour and fry legs for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on size of legs.

6Turn legs frequently to keep from burning.

7Paprika does not have to be used as it does not affect the flavor.

8However, the meat takes on a prettier golden brown color as it fries.
