Diabolic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
- 1 scallion, minced
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 canned chipotle pepper packed in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 salt to taste
Directions

1Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, place the yolks in a small mixing bowl, and set the whites aside.

2Add the scallion, cilantro, cumin, parsley, pepper, ranch dressing, mustard, and chipotle to the egg yolks and mix well with a fork until smooth.

3Season with salt to taste.

4Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollow part of each egg white.

5There should be enough yolk filling to form a small dome on top of each egg white.

6Place in refrigerator and serve when cool.
