Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients
- 12 frogs
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. cornmeal
- lemon wedges
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Combine onion, garlic cloves, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

2Wash frog legs; pat dry and place in onion mixture for 1 hour.

3Mix flour and cornmeal.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5Remove legs from marinade and roll in flour-cornmeal mixture.

6Deep fry legs in hot oil at 375°, frying about 4 minutes on each side.

7Drain on paper towels.

8Serve hot with lemon wedge.
