- 6 to 9 pair large frogs' legs
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash legs, remove skin by turning it down and pulling it off like a glove.

2Wash and dry.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

4Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.

5Saute in butter about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.

6Makes 6 servings.
