Fried Fruit Pies

- 1 can your favorite canned biscuits
- 1 can your favorite fruit or pie filling
Directions

1Refrigerate fruit for 2 hours.

2Grease and flour rolling board.

3Take one biscuit at a time and roll out large enough to hold fruit.

4Place fruit in center of biscuit and fold over.

5Take a fork and press edges together.

6Put just enough shortening in skillet to barely cover bottom.

7Add shortening as needed.

8As soon as shortening starts to melt, reduce heat to low.

9Place pies in skillet and slowly fry to allow biscuit enough time to get done.

10Flip pies easily.

11Cook until golden brown.

12Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
