- Butter or vegetable oil

1Roll biscuit dough to 1/8 inch thick.

3Place a spoonful of any pie filling on half of each circle.

4Keep filling 1/2 inch from edge.

5Brush edges with water.

6Fold dough over filling.

7Press edges with a fork

8Prick dough several times.

9Fry either in butter, turning or in shortening.
