- 1/3 c. cornmeal
- butter
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- sugar
- milk
Directions

1Wash and slice tomatoes.

2Sprinkle with sugar and let set for 15 minutes.

3Combine flour and cornmeal.

4Dredge tomato slices in mixture.

5Melt butter in large frying pan.
