- 3 to 4 large green tomatoes
- 1/3 c. fat-free Italian dressing
- plain flour
- oil for frying
Directions

1Slice tomatoes 1/4-inch thick.

2Let set in salad dressing about 5 minutes.

3Roll in flour and fry until brown (Fry Baby works great).

4No need for salt if salad dressing is used. Slightly turned tomatoes are wonderful cooked this way.
