  • ice cream (any flavor)
  • corn flakes
  • canned biscuit or pie pastry
  • maple syrup
  • nuts

Directions

    Roll a scoop of ice cream (any flavor) in crushed corn flakes. Freeze.

    Roll out a canned biscuit or pie pastry and wrap ice cream, being careful to seal all edges.

    This may be returned to freezer until ready to fry.

    Heat oil to 400° and drop ice cream in for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Drain.

    Top with maple syrup and nuts.

    Most any kind of ice cream topping will do fine.

    Serve at once.
