- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 frosted flakes
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Cooking oil to deep fry
Directions

1Place 4 large scoops of ice cream in plastic bags, and freeze until until firm.

2In a bowl mix egg and vanilla.

3In another bowl mix frosted flakes and cinnamon.

4Roll each ball in the egg mixture, the flakes mixture.

5Return the balls to plastic bags and freeze again.

6Repeat coating.

7Heat oil to 375F.

8Drop each scoop into oil for about 15 seconds, or until brown.

9Serve with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, honey, or nuts.
