- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 large leek
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Fine sea salt
Directions

1In a medium sauce pot heat oil to 350 degrees F.

2Clean and julienne leeks.

3Sift cornstarch and flour together.

4Dust leeks in flour/cornstarch and fry until golden brown, about 30 seconds.

5Drain on a paper towel, season with salt.
