- 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled
- 2 bunches spring onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups meat asado
- 8 pieces chinese mushrooms (soak in water and cut into pieces)
- 1 cup bamboo shoots, strips
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of pepper
- dash of salt
- 10 - 12 pieces Semex lumpia wrappers
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Wrap in lumpia or eggroll wrapper. Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

3Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

4Cool.

5Deep fry till golden brown.
