Fried Lumpia (Eggrolls)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled
  • 2 bunches spring onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups meat asado
  • 8 pieces chinese mushrooms (soak in water and cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, strips
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of salt
  • 10 - 12 pieces Semex lumpia wrappers
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Wrap in lumpia or eggroll wrapper. Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

    Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Cool.
