- 1 c. yellow or white corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put in top of double boiler.

2Cook over boiling water for about an hour.

3Stir about 4 times.

4Pour in loaf dish and cool overnight in refrigerator.

5Slice in 1/4-inch slices.

6Roll in flour and sprinkle with sugar.

7Brown in butter or Crisco in skillet until crispy on each side.
