- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 large carton fresh mushrooms, sliced
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and divide in half. Scramble eggs and add milk.

2Slowly add half of dry ingredients and blend together.

3Roll mushroom slices in wet mixture, then in dry mixture.

4Shake off excess and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

5Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

6Serve immediately.
