- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. water
- 32 large fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

2Set aside. Combine eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and water; mix well.

3Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.

4Dredge mushrooms in flour mixture and dip in egg mixture.

5Roll in bread crumbs.

6Chill at least 1 1/2 hours.

7Deep fry mushrooms in hot oil (375°) until golden brown.

8Drain on paper towels.

9Serve mushrooms.
