- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Clean and slice mushrooms.

2Heat butter in a skillet.

3Add mushrooms to skillet and cook slowly, occasionally moving and turning gently with a spoon until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.

4Sprinkle with parsley.
