- 1 pkg. Ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 c. cabbage, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 round onion, sliced
- 2 slices Spam or luncheon meat, cut into strips
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook Ramen noodles in 1 cup water with the seasoning powder. When noodles are al dente, drain, reserving broth.

2Heat a wok and stir-fry the meat, cabbage and onion.

3Do not overcook the vegetables.

4Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes before adding the noodles and serving.

5Thicken the reserved broth with cornstarch and use a gravy if wet noodles are desired.
