  • 1 lb thin egg noodles (cooked)
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • sour cream (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In a large skillet add butter let melt then add Cooked Noodles.

    Fry Noodles for around 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Let the outside of the Noodles get crispy.
  4. 4
    Portion out and serve on a plate.

    Add a dollop of Sour Cream.
  6. 6
    Enjoy.
