- 1 gal. ripe peaches
- 2 1/2 lb. sugar
- 1/2 pt. vinegar
Directions

1Remove seeds.

2Chop peaches, peeling and all, with a food chopper until they are in very, very small pieces.

3Boil sugar and vinegar until sugar is melted.

4Add chopped peaches and cook until mixture is of spreading consistency.

5Pour into clean, hot jars and seal.

6Makes 5 pints.

7Use as filling for fried pies.
