- 1 c. milk
- dried apples or peaches (any fruit)
- sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Cook fruit to your taste.

3While cooking, mix flour and milk.

4Sprinkle flour on table.

5Roll out by the tablespoon as thin as you can in a circle.

6Spoon in about a tablespoon of fruit. Fold over, then using a fork, press ends together using 9-inch iron skillet.

7Heat oil.

8When hot, put in pies, three at a time.

9Cook until golden brown, then flip.

10Do the same on other side.
