  • 3 plantains
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Remove the skin of the plantains and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in frying pan.

    Cook plantains over low heat. Grind the garlic cloves and mix with water.
