- 1 1/2 pounds minced pork
- 1 onion small
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 mushrooms soaked and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- oil for deep frying
- salt

Directions

1Mix all the ingredients well together and shape into balls the size of a walnut.

2Heat a pan and fill up to 1-inch of oil. When it is very hot, lower the balls into the pan and fry til they are very brown outside and thoroughly cooked inside. Cut one open and make sure that the meat is not pink. Serve the balls on a shallow dish with side dishes of pepper-and-salt mix.
