- 2 pork chops
- Seasoning salt
- regular salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Chicken broth
Directions

1Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.

2Heat a medium-sized frying pan.

3Coat the bottom of the pan with oil.

4Place porks chops in pan and heat both sides for about 6 minutes.

5Then turn down heat and cover for about 8 minutes.

6Remove pork chops and put in the chicken broth.

7Stir the brown bits left in the pan into the broth.

8Add butter to the pan and swirl it around off the heat.

9Pour gravy over pork chops and serve.
