  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • adobo seasoning

Directions

    Heat frying pan over medium heat with olive oil coating the pan.

    liberally sprinkle adobo over chops and place in heated oil.
  3. 3
    liberally sprinkle adobo over other side of meat.
  4. 4
    When you have a good sear on the first side, flip and sear the second.
  5. 5
    After both sides have been seared turn down heat and finish cooking.
