- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 12 cups lean pork, slivered
- 1 12 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 cup green onion, sliced
Directions

1In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 T. oil.

2In a small bowl, beat eggs and water; cook eggs in hot oil, stirring constantly to scramble.

3Remove eggs from wok; chop eggs into small pieces.

4Add remaining 2 T oil to wok; fry pork.

5Add bean sprouts and ginger.

6When thoughly heated, add rice.

7Return eggs to rice mixture and toss constantly while adding soy sauce.

8Cook until thoughly heated.

9Scatter green onions over top and serve immmediately.
