- 1 lb. sliced bacon
- 12 to 14 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Crumble.

3Beat eggs in large bowl. Add bacon, cottage cheese, pineapple and vanilla.

4Pour into greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350° or until done.
