Fried Potato Balls

  • 4 cans (15 Oz. Can) Peeled Whole Potatoes (I Use 1 Can Per Person)
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper, Or To Taste

    Open and drain all cans of potatoes. Cut larger potatoes to match the size of the rest. Pat the potatoes as dry as possible with paper towels. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. As soon as they come out of the fryer, drain on brown paper and put in a 200°F oven to stay hot. After all potatoes have been fried, toss in the melted butter, salt and pepper and serve immediately. We also like to add dried parsley and garlic powder to the seasoned butter. Add whatever your family likes!
