- 400 grams Potatoes (skin peeled)
- 50 grams Bread flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Frying oil

1Peel the potatoes and boil until softened in hot water with a little salt added .

2Drain the potatoes once they are boiled, put back in the pot, heat over high heat to evaporate the excess water and mash while still hot.

3Add the ingredients to the potato and knead until smooth.

4Roll the dough into balls slightly larger than your thumb, then flatten out to shape.
