- 4 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- sweet pickle relish or dill pickles
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp; put aside to drain on paper towel.

2Fry potatoes in bacon grease. Stir together all other ingredients in large bowl.

3Add crumbled bacon and fried potatoes.

4Serve warm or refrigerate to cool.
