- 6 large potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Scrub potatoes well, leaving skin on; cut lengthwise into strips.

2Combine oil and seasonings in a plastic bag.

3Add potatoes, a few at a time and shake well to coat.

4Spread strips on two cookie sheets in a single layer.

5Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
