Fried Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1/4 c. oil, approximately
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, unsliced (sliced, canned mushrooms can be substituted, if need be)
- 1/4 c. hulled sunflower seeds
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil, add in potatoes which have been washed and thinly sliced.

2Cook for 10-15 min, then add in mushrooms, onions, garlic, and sunflower seeds.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover and cook till done, uncover and brown.
