- 1 rabbit, cut into serving pieces
- 1/3 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lard
Directions

1Season flour with salt and pepper.

2Heat lard in frying pan until very hot.

3Roll rabbit pieces in flour mixture until coated real good.

4Fry until brown on all sides.

5Cover with water and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
