- 3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1/2 c. green onions (and tops)
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Heat drippings in skillet. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender.

2Add mushrooms, rice and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

3Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done.

4Add bacon and mix well. Extra soy sauce may be served with rice.
