- 4 c. cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
Directions

1Drain bean sprouts; soak in cold water.

2Put small amount of oil in 4-quart pan.

3Cook cabbage, onions and celery until slightly brown.

4Add hamburger and other ingredients.

5Drain water from bean sprouts; add sprouts to pan.

6Cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

7May add soy sauce, if you like.
