- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 3 carrots, cut in long thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook rice in 1 teaspoon salt and 3 cups water.

2When nearly done, brown hamburger, drain fat and add carrots, onion, salt and pepper.

3Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
