- 3 c. cooked, cool rice
- 6 chopped green onions
- 1 c. cooked chicken, beef, shrimp, etc.
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 or 4 eggs, beaten
- soy sauce
- peppers (if desired)
- 1 c. chopped vegetable (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp in large skillet; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.

2Cool and crumble bacon.

3Get skillet hot; pour in beaten eggs and stir in rice, onions, meat and vegetables. Cook until eggs are cooked, then cover and steam until vegetables are tender.

4Stir in bacon; add soy sauce until dark.

5Cook 5 more minutes and serve.

6We like it served on a bed of fresh lettuce.
