- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. cooked rice (long grain or converted works best), chill thoroughly
- 3/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/2 c. carrots, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oil in wok or skillet.

2Saute chilled rice until golden (5 to 10 minutes in hot skillet).

3Stir in onions, bacon, sesame seed, soy sauce, peas, carrots and sugar.
