- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Add rice, onions, mushrooms and soy sauce.

3Cook on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add bacon and egg. Cook 5 minutes.
