Ingredients
- 2 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. shrimp
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 c. water
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook rice as you normally would.

2Heat oil and scramble eggs over low heat.

3While eggs are cooking, cut them into small pieces. Add shrimp; stir.

4Add salt, pepper and rice.

5Stir.

6Cook over low heat.

7Mix in soy sauce and stir very well.

8Then mix in onions. Be sure to add ingredients in this order.

9Cook until warm.
