- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- garlic powder
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Dice onions and dice the celery.

3Put oil in large frying pan.

4Beat egg and add to oil, cutting into strips.

5Add garlic powder, salt and soy sauce.

6Mix well and add cooked rice, stirring until browned by the soy sauce.

7Add diced celery and diced onions to the rice.
