- 2 c. pork diced or 2 to 3 cans shrimp
- 2 to 3 bunches green onions, chopped
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- ketchup
- LaChoy soy sauce
Directions

1Brown pork in a skillet in a small amount of soy sauce or saute shrimp in soy sauce; add chopped green onions and saute until slightly soft.

2Then add the scrambled eggs.

3Stir into mixture; then add rice mix.

4Add ketchup and soy sauce to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
