- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts or bamboo shoots
- soy sauce to taste
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
