- 2 c. rice
- 3 small bunches green onions, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 c. cooked ham, chicken, pork or beef, diced
- soy sauce
- butter
- 1 c. onion (optional)
Directions

1Prepare rice according to directions.

2In a large frying pan, heat butter.

3Mix in green onion, pepper (if using onion, mix in now) and cook until tender over medium flame.

4Add rice and meat. Simmer 1/2 hour.

5Add soy sauce to taste.
